Mark is one of the best project managers that I’ve ever witnessed! He was consistently on time or early, on budget, considerate and professional. Moreover, the quality of his work is top notch! Mark replaced my roof and skylights, it was a large job with a large crew of workers, and he finished on time in three days! When a tree slammed into my house around Thanksgiving of 2019, my daughter-in-law suggested I call Mark because he had done repairs after a tree hit their garage about a year before. I understand he also replaced skylights there. For my house, he replaced vinyl siding on the right side of the house, replaced a small deck with stairs, plus the side door. This was during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, and he and his crew were very sensitive to my concerns about avoiding Covid. Then just this month I was experiencing a roof leak during the heavy rainstorms. Water came through the roof into my attic and compromised the ceiling in my master bathroom. He came out quickly and replaced the pipe flange covers on the roof and repaired the bathroom ceiling. I will use him again when I am ready to replace the entire roof (can't put that off much longer). Also, the rope pull for the pull-down attic door ripped when he opened the hatch (it had deteriorated after so little use over approx 24 years). I expected to tie a new piece to the old rope but the nice surprise is that he came out the next day with a new piece of rope and replaced it completely.
